       What does a class involve?
The first part involves tangible and guided techniques to breathing, relaxing, working with the Tantien
and ones vital energy. This is done sitting or lying down.
Standing exercises (Qi Gong or 8 Brocades) are then used to practice our Chi awareness while moving, bringing
these techiniques closer to our every-day life experience. The gentle
movements bring ease into our joints, strengthen and relax simultaneously our muscles and nerves.
The relaxed atmosphere is suitable for all ages and levels
         of fitness.

What
do you need to bring ?

There are plenty mats, cushions,
chairs and blankets free to use at the studio.
Feel free to bring your own favourite prop to allow you to seat or lie
         down comfortably.

In general we use:

- A light mat (yoga/camping)
- Comfortable clothes that are easy to move in and thick socks or thin soles shoes
- A small bench or cushion to sit on (chairs are available)
- A blanket (as it gets cold when we relax lying down)
